We request there be no yard sale goods or bulk sale items
(i.e. Socks, commercial t-shirts etc.)
This is an outdoor event to be held in the parking lot of the Lambeth
United Church at the corner of Colonel Talbot Road and Main St., Lambeth.
Each space is one parking spot (approx 18 feet) deep with a frontage of 8 feet. - There is no electricity available.
The above noted agrees to pay Lambeth United Church the amount of
$20 for one space ( )
$30.00 for a space and a half ( )
$40 for two spaces ( )
The vendor is responsible for supplying tables & chairs and anyoverhead coverage in case of inclement weather.
All concessions are to be set up by 8:30 a.m. and not to be removed
prior to 2 p.m. No vehicles will be allowed to remain in the concession area.
Parking will be available on side streets north of church.
LUC reserves the right to refuse a concession contract due to the type of items sold or if space is unavailable.
No refunds will be awarded for cancellation after September 5,2011.
Harvestfest parade will be passing this area, so road traffic will be stopped for approximately one hour between 10 and 11 a.m.
I, the undersigned, agree to abide by the rules of the contract and will not sell
any items other than those indicated.
